According to the Department of International Cooperation and Regional Development of Regional State Administration, the realization of investment projects of social direction in Vinnytsia region continues.

The reconstruction works of the N1 sewage pumping station on Kniazi Koriatovychi Street (Sverdlov) were held in Vinnitsa with the financial help from the state with the assistance of the State Regional Development Fund for million UAH with co-financing from the city budget for mmillion UAH in 2015 - 2016.

The sewage pump station №1 on the Kniazi Koriatovychi Street (Sverdlov) provides the disposal of water waste of the downtown. The object of drainage capacity of 20 thousand m3/day, built in 1959, was in a poor condition.

During the reconstruction, the existing pump units were replaced for units of EMU FA type with the devices of smooth start, corresponding to the desired pressure of the pump unit. These pumps are of the protected type, they are not afraid of the engine room flooding, and exclude the prerequisites pollution.

The realization of the project will contribute to energy savings of 950 thousand KWh. h/year, the capacity increase of the sewage pump station to 36 thousand m3/day, reducing the environmental impact on the environment and the Southern Bug River.

Services of the realized projects extend to 30-35 thousand residents of Vinnitsa.
