According to the Department of International Cooperation and Regional Development of Regional State Administration, with the financial support of the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection in the co-financing from the local budget, Lityn village council has purchased the garbage truck for the municipal service of Lityn district center.

The supplier of the garbage car was the winner of the open tenders Ltd. "Trading House "Municipal vehicles".

The purchase of the garbage truck will allow resolving the issue of timely removal of solid waste and will improve the environmental state of the village. In addition, the reducing of the cost on the repairs and replacement of old garbage truck and the spare parts for it will save 40 thousand UAH.

On the implementation of these environmental activities, 670.0 thousand UAH was allocated from the regional environmental fund with the co-financing from the budget township funds in the amount of 220.0 thousand UAH.

Implementation of the measure extends to 6.7 thousand of Lityn village population.
