Andriy Gyzhko, First Deputy of Chairman of Regional State Administration, told about it today during a meeting of the working group.
The meeting participants discussed issues of allocation of state subventions to local budgets for construction (purchase) of housing for families of killed fighters in the area of antiterrorist operation.
"Vinnytsia region received a subvention from the state budget in the amount of 780,000 UAH to compensate the housing for families of the deceased members of the antiterrorist operation in the East and the disabled of the first and second groups. In previous years, we were engaged in issues of buying. This has always been not easy, because often the house has not fitted the family, or they wanted to move to another town.
Therefore, the process was long and complicated.
This year the mechanism of compensation funds significantly changed. Now the family opens account in the Savings Bank, to which a certain amount comes within a year and buy a house. However, the funds can be spent not only for the purchase of the home, but also on notary services. Our duty is to list by year-end funds, and we will necessarily do it,"- stressed the official.
According to the words of Andriy Gyzhko, the working groups are created in every district of the region, which have submitted their proposals for candidates, who are in the queue and are eligible for such housing. "Each family will receive a different amount, especially depending on the number of family members. Those receive the first compensation, who previously stood on the housing register,"- said the official.
"Today we have a full list of those, who need a better housing, or purchase of a new one. There are two categories - family members of killed antiterrorist operation fighters and disabled groups of the first and the second groups. In turn, the family members of killed in the area of antiterrorist operation are divided into four distinctive categories. The first category include the wife and minor children of killed (they will be provided in the first place), the second category is the minor children of dead soldiers that themselves stand in line, the third - parents of killed and the fourth - adult children, who are alone on the housing register ".
